On the Town is canceling six performances in the Spring for a “scheduled event” at the Lyric Theater. Sorry tourists! You won’t be able to be out on the town May 7th through May 12th. But don’t worry, the show will have May 4th and May 17th performances to make up for it. We don’t know what “scheduled event” will be on stage, but expect some 60s band depending on nostalgia to have a short Broadway run.
